A Price Jump For 2018 Focus RS From Ford

The Focus RS hot hatchback from Ford should receive a $5,000 price jump for the next model year.

The company has already stated that the unit will be offered in a limited edition model. However, CarsDirect reports that it will start from $41,995 together with destination. The increase is completely justified as the AWD unit receives lots of additional regular features, such as a limited-slip differential, voice-activated navigation, 19-inch wheels, the RS2 pack, a black roof and carbon fibber trim inside.

The cost will be almost $41,770 in comparison with this year’s Focus RS with similar options.

Manufacturing of the new unit will stop at 1,000 models in America and 500 models in Canada. The customers will be able to choose between Race Red or Nitrous Blue colour schemes. You will see the same 2.3-litre turbocharged engine under the cowl. It is able to produce 350 hp and torque of 350 pound-feet.
