Aeroblade Trademark was filed by Aston Martin

Expect for “Aeroblade” as Aston Martin has filed a trademark for it.

Aeroblade will be used for racing and passenger vehicles, parts and fittings. Therefore, we assume that it will rather be a part for a car than a model’s nameplate. Judging from the name, the British producer is developing a dynamic rear spoiler for its sports offerings. It might be something reminding of the McLaren offerings.

The company invested into the hardcore Vulcan not long ago. So, the automaker has probably created aerodynamic parts that can be used on its production versions.

The next manufacturer’s sports vehicle will be the DB11. Expect it in 2016. The model will become the successor to the DB9. The rumour has it that at least one of the DB11’s cars will be equipped with a turbocharged eight-cylinder powertrain. Though, the British company will still continue inserting a naturally aspirated twelve-cylinder in the sports vehicle.
