Senior Management Reshuffle At Ford

According to different reports, Ford Motor Company has fired Mark Fields, the Chief Executive Officer. We heard that he should be replaced with James Hackett, Ford’s head of Smart Mobility.

Ray Day, the head of communications, also lost his position. The boss of communications for the Asia-pacific region should replace him.

The automaker did not want to comment on these changes. Ford Motor Company released just a short statement telling that they are focused on their plan for profitable growth and value. The company also stressed that they never comment on gossips or speculation.

Mark Fields became the Chief Executive Officer back in 2014. Before that Allan Mullally took the position. Filds had a near-40% slump in share price. The profit was lower than it was expected to be.
