The next year’s XE, XF, and F-Pace offerings from Jaguar have obtained an innovated Ingenium V4 motor to their line-ups.
The new 2.0-litre turbocharged V4 Ingenium petrol unit is able to develop 296 hp and torque of 295 pound-feet. Thus, the F-Pace can sprint from 0-to-60 mph in just 5.7 seconds. The Jaguar XF midsize sedan is able to sprint it in 5.4 seconds in RWD guise. Meanwhile the XE sedan is the fastest one which does it in 5.2 seconds with AWD.
The innovated motor is badged 30t on the F-Pace, XF and XE offerings. It is produced at the company’s Land Rover Engine Manufacturing Centre located in Wolverhampton (The United Kingdom). It is joined to a ZF-sourced automatic gearbox with 8 speeds. XF and XE buyers can opt from AWD and RWD. Jaguar F-Pace received AWD as a regular feature.
