Meet PacWest Adventure Sorento from Kia at SEMA

Even though the SEMA Show is winding down, Kia did not miss a chance to present its PacWest Adventure Sorento concept.

The crossover was designed and developed by LGE-CTS Motorsports. Its exterior is electric and deep-forest green. Such effect was reached by using a multi-layer colouring process utilizing pearls. This process gave the car a chameleon effect. The offering received LED auxiliary lights, a tubular front bumper and some matte black accents. Besides, there are a roof rack, 17-inch BMF beadlock-style wheels wrapped in Nitro Trail Grappler M/T tyres, a GrillCraft mesh grille and extended fender flares.

Speaking of the interior, designers have changed it as well. They placed two-tone leather and cloth seats having custom tire-red embroidery inside the cabin. The rugged floor mats, green painted trim and an Alpine Mobile Media entertainment set-up having 8-inch display will also surprise the drivers.

The vehicle was created to show up at the tough terrain of the Pacific Northwest. Therefore, it will ride with an off-road suspension benefiting from Eibach springs and Fox Racing 2.0 coilover shocks. The car has additional 6 inches of ground clearance. If you need more, there are rocker bars, skid plates and a MileMarker PE4500ES winch that will help if you get stuck. The model will be equipped with the 3.3-litre six-cylinder engine featuring snorkel intakes. This explains the car’s ability of fording plenty of water.
