Mercedes-Benz S-Class Will Have more than 100,000 Units Delivered in 2014

Mercedes-Benz has told about an innovated S-Class (W222) which hit the 100,000 units in one year.

It is the only time when the sales hit the 100,000 mark in the first year of its availability. The fast rollout of the variant is penetrated into less than twelve weeks to the three popular markets: the Germany (which hit it in July), in China (was told late September) and the America (sometime in the mid-October).

Mercedes-Benz delivered 75,391 variants of the S-Class. This says about a large 105,8 percent and means that the number was doubled in comparison with the last year. In the period of the last month they multiplied their sales comparing with September to 139,3 percent. In the first nine months the company sold more its flagship units that through the 2012 and 2013.

This generation is going to become the largest S-Class family ever since it will have six series. The regular long wheelbase configurations together with the coupe are being sold. They will be followed by an extra-long gauge version which is going to turn back the “Maybach” name, additionally. There also is a further stretched S-Class with six seats expected to be “Pullman” along with a cabriolet.
