The premiere of a new Nissan Qashqai will be held in September

Autocar found out that the third-generation Nissan Qashqai will be declassified in September 2020.

The novelty will retain the old modular architecture of CMF. Still, the look will turn out to be much more aggressive, complemented by design elements from the IMQ 2019 concept car and second-generation Juke.

More revolution will happen in the cabin: the current style with analog dials and buttons will give way to digital parts with touch panels, virtual “tidies” and the latest multimedia.

The model will no longer use diesel engines but will replace them with gasoline engines, which are combined with a 48-volt starter-generator. There will also be two hybrid versions. The first is an outlet-free with proprietary e-Power technology. The second plugged into an outlet. The all-electric performance of the new Qashqai will not receive.
